You should have access to the POWER APP Engagement tracker (or we call it 'the EGG). So, hopefully you have had time to have a look and get familiar with it.
This guide helps you to understand, which areas we need you to update and what information about the respondents you need to use during your calls to align your script and email follow ups to the correct segment of our respondents.

2. Setting appointments – Bookings
This short course will allow you to explore how we set up interviews for our programmes.
For the programmes that require interviews with nominees, this can be set up in the MS BookingsApp. Its best feature is that it makes time zone management easy, when the location of the consultant conducting the interview is not in the same time zone as the nominee.
Interviews: Face to Face, Video call or phone interviews.
